Key Accounts Support Admin

This role will be vital to the smooth running of our established client base within the Key Accounts Department and ensure we uphold & deliver upon contract SLA’s. Working closely with the Key Accounts Manager, this role will facilitate the administration & preparation required to support with the end-to-end client cycle from quote to post installation.
**About The Role**
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- Management of maintenance tasks such as, CRM upkeep, documentation creation and arrangement to assist our Key Accounts team.
- Preparing quotes and processing purchase orders.
- Supporting teams both internally and externally to ensure the flawless execution of Key Accounts projects.
- Attending weekly calls and meetings.
- Carrying out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of projects.
- Continually communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Becoming an expert in our products and offerings in order to anticipate account needs.
- Handling assigned tickets including assisting with queries and concerns, processing warranties, amending orders etc.
- Maintaining a high level of responsiveness to key client needs.
- Increasing client satisfaction and building loyalty through providing amazing and personal client support.
- Developing a systemised approach to project support, including handover deliverables, templates etc.

**Required Criteria**
- Experience working in an administrative and/or sales-oriented support capacity.
- Experience with dealing with enquiries via various channels.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel.
- Outstanding ability to multi-task.
- Methodical and logical approach to tasks and systems.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple functions at all levels.
- Ability to identify client needs and passionate about exceeding client expectations.
- You will possess a strong team ethos in your work and always willing to provide support to co-workers.
- A genuine appreciation of the impact of world class customer service, and the desire to deliver at an industry-best standard.
- Ambitious, driven and hard working.
**Desired Criteria**
- A proven track record of planning and delivering a wide range of projects from brief through to concept, to delivery, particularly to tight deadlines and budget.
- A genuine passion and strong understanding of the fitness industry.
