Key Accounts Co-ordinator

Your responsibility is to oversee and maintain the relationships of the company with its most important clients.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Serve as the lead point of contact for key account clients.
- Build, manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful operational delivery of BLK BOX solutions according to key account client needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Produce equipment quotations.
- Become an expert in our key account client products and offerings.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to client needs.

**Criteria**
**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:
Proven historical experience working in an account management role
Desirable: Industry relevant experience
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**OTHER**:
- Flexibility to travel to European region if/when needed.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
