Are you a strategic and driven leader with a passion for operational success? The Hendy Group, one of the UK’s most respected privately owned automotive retail groups is looking for an exceptional **Head of Operations (Central x2)** to oversee and optimise performance across our multi-site dealership network in the South of England.

**The Opportunity**:
As **Head of Operations (Central x2)**_, _**you will play a vital role as a member of the Hendy Senior Leadership Team in ensuring our dealerships achieve outstanding results across our retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the operational performance of multiple automotive dealerships. Reporting directly to a Regional Operations Director, you will drive operational improvements and ensure compliance with brand and company standards.

**The Accountabilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Implement the regional strategic plans and ensure alignment with Hendy’s vision, values and long-term objectives.
- **Operational Oversight**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of our dealerships, ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals.
- **Performance Management**:Monitor and drive dealership performance across sales, aftersales, and service metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- **Team Leadership**:Develop and inspire General Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- **Customer Focus**:Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the Hendy Group.
- **Financial Accountability**:Manage budgets, P&L, and KPIs, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- **Brand Collaboration**:Work closely with manufacturer partners to maintain alignment with brand standards and strengthen relationships.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Drive innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer loyalty.

**About You**:
To succeed as **Head of Operations** you will need:

- Previous experience in a senior operational role within the automotive or related industry.
- A strong track record of delivering results in a multi-site environment.
- Outstanding leadership and team development skills.
- Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the automotive retail and aftersales landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A results-driven mindset, with focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
