We’re looking for a sustainability delivery officer to join Co-op’s Property team. In this role, we’ll look to you to support compliance and environmental risk management across our Property function. You’ll manage sustainability data, organising, analysing, critiquing and reporting on it so that we can spot opportunities to make things better. It’s a busy job, and a varied one too - you’ll support project management activities across a range of Property sustainability strategy projects. It’s a great chance for you to develop your skills in a high-profile area of our Co-op, whilst helping us to do the right thing to co-operate for a fairer planet.

**What you’ll do**
- track progress, assurance, actions, and forward look opportunities related to Property environmental compliance and risk
- provide Project Management support across Property Sustainability Strategy projects, including a focus on waste management and minimisation, as well as water and biodiversity
- act as the technical leader on the analysis, interpretation and challenge of large amounts of complex environmental data
- support the performance of the team and take responsibility for self-development, helping to provide sustainability training to colleagues in Co-op Property
- support and inspire senior partners across Property functions to embed environmental compliance data analytics across all aspects of our Property lifecycle

**This role would suit people who have**
- strong analytical skills: you're confident in working with and manipulating large sets of data to draw out insight and make decisions
- working professional knowledge of environmental sustainability would be beneficial, through either qualification or work experience
- power BI experience would be advantageous
- strong communication skills and the confidence to influence others
- great organisational skills
