**45 - 50k**: - **Mon to Fri**: - **Hybrid role - home based with regional travel to company and client premises** One of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, are looking to advance progression made towards their exciting Net Zero Goals, across all Carbon Scopes within their UK&I organisation Reporting into the Net Zero Programme Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of a small number of Projects fundamental to the "rewiring" of the organisation in its progress to Net Zero. These Projects could include the decarbonisation of our supply chain, supporting company staff on more sustainability friendly commuting methods etc. To drive Project completion forward, you will work methodically from point A to B. Along the way, you will be winning buy in and engagement from a range of stakeholders. This is a fantastic role for a Sustainability professional, well versed in Net Zero, who has either delivered projects, or can think "programmatically" and has the potential to develop good Project Management skills, to complete the practical delivery of driving a leader in the built environment space towards Net Zero. **Actions will include**: - Accountable for delivery of company UK&I Net-Zero (Carbon) projects that ensure delivery of country and global environmental sustainability targets. - Lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of sustainability projects on time, to target and within budget e.g. fleet, supply chain etc. Working across a range of internal and external stakeholders ensure the delivery of company UK&I NetZero targets inline with programme timeline and plan. - Identify and manage sustainability-related risks and opportunities, ensuring they are integrated into the company’s overall risk management framework - Develop and implement strategies to achieve net-zero carbon emissions across all company activities. - Provide oversight, governance and resource management to Sustainability activity across UKI ensuring transparency, consistent reporting and resource optimisation **We need from you**: - Ideally proven experience in experience in developing and implementing sustainability projects often with a background in environmental sustainability / CSR or related field - Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience in engaging with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers and regulatory bodies across a (global) matrix organisation **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company car - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Reference ID: 141182
