We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Ronda Enviro-Vac. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as required
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as needed
- Order supplies, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organised
- Provide support for special projects and events as required

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required, but a keen willingness to learn and develop administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an office environment (desirable but not essential)

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
