We have an exciting opportunity to work for a global brand as part of their procurement team as a Purchasing Administrator to work in LE3 working Monday - Friday either 8.30am - 5.30pm or 9am - 5pm as the client can offer some flexibility
Our client is currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their busy Procurement Team.
We are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator To support the transactional Procurement Team with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, processing purchase card orders and payments, placing branch orders, statement consolidation and financialreporting.
As the Purchasing Administrator your duties will include the following.
- Raising orders and making purchasing card payments as necessary
- Recording purchasing card payments
- Validating card payments against the monthly statement
- Raising branch back-to-back orders and placing with suppliers
- Communicating order confirmations to branches
- Resolving branch queries
- Updating and maintaining central spreadsheets
- You are responsible for your health & Safety and have a duty of care for others around you within your working environment
- Promoting good housekeeping for an efficient working environment
