Purchasing Administrator

Purchasing Administrator required for expanding business in Leicester to work as part of a friendly, dynamic team. Responsible for purchasing functions of the business, reporting to the General Manager.
Duties will also include raising and submitting purchase orders, monitoring and managing minimum stock levels, ensuring orders are delivered on time, chasing supplier orders overdue, liaising with logistics / sales team to highlight any issues, proactively identifying solutions to mitigate against supplier delays, maintaining supplier price lists, create and maintain new products within software system, create and update production specs, upload and manage product listings on, support customer service team.
The successful applicant will have previous purchasing experience and be a strong communicator able to liaise with suppliers and challenge delays / pricing issues.
Salary c £28k pa plus benefits.
