We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and support our daily work.
The Improvement, Innovation and Effectiveness (IIE) Team support teams and services across DCHS and Joined Up Care Derbyshire in their quality improvement journey.
We are a small team who are passionate about making sure people who use DCHS services, and work for us, have the best possible experience and that people who receive DCHS services achieve the best possible outcomes.
The right person would be someone who has quality improvement at their core and wants to make a difference for staff and patients.

Main duties include
- liaising with the IIE team and project leads for project support (audits, service evaluation, questionnaires and quality improvement projects),
- supporting DCHS teams with data inputting national and local audits, such as CQUIN and CAAS assessments,
- supporting and creating infographics,
- offering training support for DCHS colleagues, virtual and face to face,
- using Microsoft Office products and Teams to aid in daily work,
- using IT systems such as Audit Management and Tracking (AMaT) and SystmOne patient record software (will provide training on this),
- creating and maintaining close and effective relationships with stakeholders across DCHS,
- communicating effectively with teams across DCHS.
