We know that our people are our greatest asset, we are successful, dynamic, ambitious and looking for great team players to grow with us.We are delighted to be recruiting for an additional Continuous Improvement Specialist to work with the Group Continuous Improvement Manager, supporting all Eurocell sites to develop and strengthen the CI culture through incremental change and innovation to the businesses' current ways of working.This role requires the ability to work in a diverse, fast paced & dynamic environment with an understanding of Cost & Financial impacts. As well as able to plan and prioritise own workloads in line with the Business needs.Due to the 24-hour operational structure, this role will require flexibility and some evening shifts may be required to help, develop / coach and support the employees within the business.WHAT OUR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALISTS DO: Deliver workshops and training throughout the business to build Continuous Improvement knowledge & awareness Support the business areas in the use of Lean Tools & Techniques including the use of PDCA, Problem Solving, Visual Management, 5S, Waste Elimination (VA/NVA) and Standard Work Coach and mentor teams and individuals to support and develop behaviours and improved communication skills Improve decision making processes using flowcharts and escalation routines Facilitate & lead projects for improvement across all levels of the Organisation based on the business needs Utilise the Project Governance structure tools including Charters, Gantt Charts and Status ReportsWHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALISTS: Extensive Lean Manufacturing knowledge with a Green Belt Six Sigma or Business Improvement Techniques equivalent Previous Extrusion Manufacturing experience could be advantageous.
