**Office Administration Assistant - Temporary Contract £11.50 to £13.00 ph**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Placing orders
- Data entry of purchase orders
- Answering the telephone and taking accurate information
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a back-office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software, ideally SAP)
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

- Proficiency in MS Office
