**We’re searching for an incredible Health & Safety Coordinator**

Our Health & Safety Coordinator is a pivotal role, providing administration support to coordinate our fire and health & safety compliance across our residential property portfolio.

- Salary up to £26,000

**What will you do?**
- Maintain and monitor the our compliance software, keeping accurate and up to date records of our fire and health & safety compliance
- Monitor and report on compliance of our portfolio, flagging any potential risks before they fall out of compliance
- Review testing, maintenance and servicing records, extracting any actions, and logging them on our compliance software.
- Proactively monitor progression of risk actions through to completion.
- Work in partnership with our suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring our portfolio remains complaint at all times.
- Support our Property Management team to communicate positively and proactively with our customers relating to outcomes of any fire and health and safety risk management requirements
- Provide regular reports, statistics and data relating to compliance
- Work in partnership with our suppliers, ensuring they maintain compliance with our contractor procurement policy
- Maintain up to date and accurate records of our suppliers, assisting with the development and maintenance of an approved contractor database

**What are we looking for?**
- A good understanding and fire and health and safety compliance requirement in high rise buildings would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Experience of working in the property sector is an advantage, but is not essential
- Maintaining accurate records using a database
- First class communication skills, verbal and written.
- Top notch organisation skills with good attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment and managing conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of key technology, such as telephone systems, access controls, printer/scanner, internal systems and Microsoft 365.
