Events & Marketing Coordinator

**About the team**

We’re looking for an **Events and Marketing Coordinator** to help execute our marketing and event strategy. Reporting to the **Product Marketing Lead**, you’ll play a key role in driving a strong events function while contributing to marketing initiatives across the full mix.

**About the role**
- Planning, managing and delivering internal and external events, including negotiation, bookings, planning, promotion and branded merchandise
- Collaborating with sales team to produce event content, including presentation creation, bios and synopsis
- Coordinating, writing and managing awards submissions and support
- Supporting activity across the full marketing mix from content to events and to digital marketing
- Help develop engaging content for all platforms, including written comms, social posts, videos and images working alongside an in-house Graphic Designer.
- Planning, managing and delivering marketing activity with our distribution partners
- Manage vendor relationships for events, ensuring timely communication
- Measurement of activity and producing meaningful reports to share with the marketing team and the wider business
- Contribute to and help drive the team's product and marketing strategy

**About you**
- Experience in a marketing role coordinating events and delivering marketing activity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including negotiation skills
- Experience in writing content for various forms of marketing communications
- You will have worked with suppliers, agencies, freelancers, and in-house creatives
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of GDPR and other relevant legislation
