**Job Requirements**

As an event sales assistant, you will be expected to think on your feet and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be flexible and easily able to adapt to new and changing situations and work alongside the sales team or on your own. Sales is a large part of the role, so you will need to have a friendly and approachable personality and plenty of self-confidence. The best sales consultants are observant and intuitive and have great communication, listening and interpersonal skills - all of which are required for the role. Great organizational skills are also essential.

**Responsibilities**:
As an events assistant, your main responsibility is to organize marketing events and promotional sites on behalf of clients. You’ll work closely with the sales team and liaise with clients in order to meet their requirements. Speaking with customers and making sure you always have a smile. It will be your responsibility to secure venues for marketing events and ensure that all the planning and preparation goes smoothly. You will be the face of the company and product so impeccable manners and presentation skills are a must.
