**Nurturing Souls Care** is opening a **brand-new children’s residential home in Astley Bridge, Bolton**, and we’re looking for **caring, passionate Residential Support Workers** to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and meaningful — helping to create a **safe, loving, and therapeutic home** for children and young people. You’ll work alongside an **experienced Registered Manager** and a team committed to delivering outstanding care in line with **Ofsted standards** and our **therapeutic model (PACE - Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support children and young people with **daily routines, personal development, and life skills**.
- Provide **emotional support** and implement **individualised care plans**.
- Promote **positive behaviour and wellbeing** through consistent, nurturing relationships.
- Plan and take part in **fun, purposeful activities** that build confidence and trust.
- Keep **accurate records, reports, and risk assessments** in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Work in partnership with **families, schools, social workers, and professionals** to support positive outcomes.
- **Drive** children to school, appointments, and outings (a **full UK driving licence** is required).

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience working in a **children’s residential home**, education, or youth setting _(desirable but not essential - full training provided)_.
- Strong **communication, teamwork, and IT skills**.
- A **caring, resilient, and reliable** person who genuinely wants to make a difference.
- Understanding of **safeguarding, child protection**, and the importance of structure and boundaries.
- A positive attitude and a **good sense of humour**
