The primary role of the Streetworks Administrator is to support the Project Managers and Build Team: the role will cover all administrative duties required for the smooth running of the project.

Ideally looking for someone with experience in an Administration role within the Mobile Telecoms, Fibre, Utilities or Construction industry.

**Responsibilities***:

- Meeting internal and customer SLA’s and quality targets across a range of activities including arranging MSVs, instructing design, planning and build, HOPs and the creation and updating of records.
- Communicating with customer contacts to request approval of documents, finance approvals, etc.
- Attending client meetings online and in person to ensure full awareness of project status and build positive relationships.
- Coordination of external suppliers completing MSVs, design, planning and build etc.
- Liaising with external suppliers to ensure timely completion of permits.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of internal and Customer systems and processes relevant to the current area of work.
- Take a team leadership role with line management responsibilities for one or more administrator.
- Assist the Project Managers to keep data on the internal and client systems up to date in real time.
- Ensure surveys, drawings, HOPs and other finance impacting tasks are completed accurately and within designated time scales
- Ensure all tasks are undertaken in accordance with the appropriate Customer and clients
- To undertake any other duties which fall within the job holder’s capabilities aligned to normal duties that management may reasonably request and to continually seek ways to improve the way in which your function operates within the business.

**Performance Measurement**:

- Meet specific measures agreed in line with the Client’s SLA
- Positive feedback from managers and PMs re: deadlines met, accuracy and quality of information and data input, Positive general feedback from Customers in project administration expectations being met
- Positive upward feedback from those that are managed in terms of appropriate behaviours and ability to lead, motivate and develop

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Essential:

- Experience in a professional administrative role.
- Proven working with IT software at an advanced level (Excel, Word, Power point, Databases etc.)
- Proven high level of written and oral communication skills
- Proven experience of managing conflicting priorities and working in a timely manner to deadlines recognising the difference between urgent, important and general activities

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Telecoms Industry
- Educated to good level in commercial discipline
- Understanding prioritisation of own workload and team’s workload
- Experience of managing processes

Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities
- Willing to take on responsibility and work with mínimal supervision
- Able to work with others effectively as a team player
- Proven excellent organisation skills
- Customer service focused
- Be innovative and adaptable in approach to work and positive action and solution focused
