**Main Purpose**

**Size and scope**: Openreach Poling Activities - Planning ref relevant elements of the Works Order End to End Process.

**Responsibilities**
- To undertake the assigned role within the Works Management Process flow requirements. (End to End process)
- To understand and be aware of HSG 47 and IES High Pressure Pipeline Policy requirements.
- To program, allocate and coordinate work orders, through liaison with Site Supervisors and/or Direct Service Providers
- To comply with Hot Job Process requirements when required.
- To ensure that Teams are issued with job-packs, documentation for which defines the work required and includes safe dig prints where required.
- To ensure that local authority and statutory provisions for the administration of Streetworks are complied with.
- To manage work stack priorities.
- To maintain accurate records of planned, in-progress and completed work
- To comply with the relevant HSEQ Policy provisions
- To perform other duties as required
- To support and service the client and ensure all agreed client and internal KPI’s are met or exceed

**Skills**
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong admin skills
- A good knowledge of the scheduling function and the job associated by this
- Good communication skills and telephone manner

**Salary**: £36,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
