**Secure contract delivery team member - Manchester Dial House office**
- BT provides amazing products and services to a wide variety of customers, this includes key enterprise customers who require a high degree of security, where accuracy and service delivery is key.
- This is where you step in - we need someone to deliver excellent quality of service to these customers, to ensure that the contract orders and management run smoothly end to end.
- Do you demonstrate excellent attention to detail, demonstrating a high level of accuracy?
- Are you savvy with Microsoft products, including Access, Excel and Teams?
- Are you eager to learn, whilst still focusing on how to support your team’s performance with continuous improvement?-
**You'll have the following responsibilities**
Processing and validating end-to-end order data for BT services, relating to a variety of products that BT offer its key customers, systems include Sogea, IP Clear and PSTN
- You will accurately meet the customer’s needs in line with the business requirements, ensuring all actions are completed correctly first time
- Supporting your team in driving continuous improvement is key - providing efficiencies and implementing positive change
- You will enjoy work autonomously with a proactive approach to problem solving- The role will be fully situated from our Dial House office, in the epicentre of Manchester City Centre**You'll have the following skills & experience**
Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and good multi-tasking skills aligned to role needs
- Competent in the use of Microsoft office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams and Access
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholders within and outside of the business
- Able to work under pressure, at pace and to tight deadlines and service level agreements
- To be able to work using your own initiative but also collaborate and engage with other colleagues within your own team and wider BT
- Ability to hit the ground running, as well as grow and develop quickly within the role, demonstrating a tendency to adapt and learn at pace
- Would be desirable to have a good understanding of BT products**Benefits**
