**About Brsk**

Brsk is a UK based, full fibre provider that is rolling out a new 1 gigabit per second broadband network to homes and businesses across the UK.

With an average broadband speed of 64mbps, the UK is ranked amongst the lowest in Europe for its poor internet connectivity. Over the next 5 years, the UK government has set a target to connect a further 20 million homes to full fibre broadband.

We are a start-up team of innovative, agile, and driven individuals, looking to scale-up and achieve our ambitious plan to connect a million homes in the UK to our gigabit network.

**The Role**

This is an exciting role for someone looking to join a small delivery team of likeminded people to build a large-scale fibre to the home business. Reporting to the Regional Manager for your area, your key purpose will be to ensure PIA Admin tasks are completed to standards and accurately recorded. Provide PIA Support and guidance to the field teams with support from the PIA Manager. There is room for growth and development in this role in line with the start-up’s ambitious growth strategy.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Working with the PIA Compliance Manager to ensure all areas of the business are PIA Compliant.
- Placing various order request on Openreach Portal and tracking progress.
- Coordinating with the PIA Compliance Manager for general administration-based tasks e.g., Network Adjustments, NOIs, Build Completes, whereabouts etc.
- To fully understand the PIA Product description.
- Map reading skills.
- Processing and tracking A55’s for Network Adjustments.
- Responding to queries and requests from across the business to support delivery
- Completing all tasks assigned while always maintaining confidentially
- Support the submission of Streetworks.
- Flexible and innovative
- Training will be provided

**Experience Required**
- Previous telecoms experience is desirable for this role
- GIS/Map experience is desirable for this role.
- Excel skills
- The ability to prioritise workstacks.
- Confidence when speaking with internal staff and contractors
**Location**
- Remote, Initially you will support across all our site locations and there will be some national travel as well as occasional travel to sites and for team meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:
