Resource Scheduling Coordinator

**Description**:
This is a critical role within field operations responsible for ensuring all customer orders are scheduled in line with the SLA. The role supports the Resource Manager in ensuring our field based teams are fully utilised on a day to day basis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
All roles and responsibilities below will be managed and mentored by the Service Delivery Manager to enable you to develop within the business. Your main responsibilities are detailed below
- Scheduling of work orders to the field based operational teams
- Ensuring all work orders have the necessary information and documentation to allow them to be completed Right First Time
- Monitor daily work volumes to ensure we are maximising productivity
- NOI Management: Submitting weekly whereabouts according to Openreach requirements, raising and managing required OR Network Adjustments / Ancillary orders
- Street Works Permitting: Submit and manage permits in accordance with legislative requirements for survey, fibre installation and splicing works
- Civils Subcontractors: Liaising with subcontractors to ensure scheduled works and timescales are aligned to avoid unnecessary delays
- Provide a help desk function for all operational related scheduling queries
- Maintain a strong relationship with internal delivery and planning teams
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Project coordination experience
- Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- A good understanding of telecommunications principles
- PIA / Streetworks experience
