We’re hiring for a multiple Billings Specialists to join Dentsu as part of our Finance Team in Manchester.

Purpose of the Role

As Billings Specialist you’ll work as part of a team to support the CXM & Media Service line in reducing unbilled and support our net working capital positions, helping the channel and client teams to ensure accurate bookings are being made and the being sent bill promptly.

You’ll support the team in ensuring the accuracy of invoices going out to clients by the monthly deadline and liaise with third party partners on bookings and subsequent billings, networking across media channel and client teams to optimise billings.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the wider team, ensuring that clients activity is billed accurately and on time
- Reporting on unbilled, trouble shooting and identifying and escalating any issues in a timely manner
- First point of contact for assistance into unbilled areas with timely resolution of all queries, and unbilled
- Building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
- Clear communication with the team/s ensuring billing deadlines are met
- PO tracker management

Qualifications + Skills
- Experience within a billing role, able to deal with complex billing queries and proven track record of reducing unbilled
- Excellent analytical skills with strong excel skills
- Credibility and confidence in building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, able to escalate issues confidently when required
- Adaptable to change and a changing environment

What we offer

These are permanent positions. The team is based in our Manchester office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday.
