**Billing Specialist**

Manchester (Hybrid Working)

**What’s involved in the role**:

- Supporting with the invoicing of TLC orders including intercompany sales
- Working with London teams to resolve order book anomalies.
- Query resolution including the credit and re-invoicing of orders.
- Checking orders were required to reduce billing errors.
- Adherence to agreed processes in relation to new projects providing ongoing feedback once implementation is in place.
- Production of consolidated invoices.
- Ensuring great relationships are established with customers and internal colleagues.

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience in the creation of customer invoices either as part of a dedicated billing role or the wider finance function.
- Excel knowledge at Intermediate level.
- Exposure to VAT rules in relation to sales invoicing.
- Ability to effectively process a high number of requests across a range of tasks and clients.
- To be target driven and strive for perfection.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at different levels.
- To be a real team player, with personality, empathy, and the drive to succeed, exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are crucial for this role.
