What You'll DoPrepare and issue accurate client invoices.Maintain billing schedules, manage billing cycles, and support multiple service lines.Ensure all billable time, costs, and disbursements are correctly captured.Reconcile billing data for month-end and support revenue reporting.Process credit notes, adjustments, and re-bills.Respond promptly to client and internal queries.Support revenue analysis, audits, and compliance checks.Keep accurate billing records and audit-ready documentation.Recommend and support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. What You BringExperience in billing, accounts administration, or a similar finance role.Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.Confident using ERP/finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).Solid Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.Experience in professional services or regulated industries (desirable but not essential).Understanding of revenue recognition principles is an advantage.
