National Key Account Manager - Biomedical Services Home based covering the UK but with focus on Reading, London and the Bedford areas initlaly There are both operational "must do today" issues driven by the customer and medium The person: - It also essential you have an understanding of CQC regulatory requirements for hospital inspections. - 5-8 years' experience in major account management - Degree level education with possible further management qualifications - Knowledge and experience of medical equipment, asset management, high volume demand transactional services. - Rapid learner with the ability to assimilate lots of information. - Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to and manage a strategic agenda. - Be the articulate and measured voice of the customer balancing their needs with our clients aims. - Manage and be credible with senior medical and C-suite stakeholders. Not promise the Earth but methodically and resolutely solve problems. - Be able to define strategic objectives and direction. - Be able to react quickly when necessary and mobilise a solution. - Attention to detail - KPI reports, accuracy, follow up, completer finisher. - Ability to take the lead in client KPI meetings and lead the client
