**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:
- Generate daily reports to monitor the China’s sales team progress
- Manage service agreement and supplementary document with business partner
- Coordinate with Accounting department for payment tracking and issue confirmation letter
- Manage filing system and keep team updated with all operations and sales information
- Check and manage the up-coming clients list and coordinate with Greek team for the inspection trip arrangement
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing departments, and integrate sales target status & results, to provide the full picture for decision making and marketing fee evaluation
- Other related tasks
**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:
- Undergraduate or above (Relevant majors in operations, sales, accounting are preferred)
- Experience in overseas property market and immigration market
- Good communication skills and independent and execution capabilities
- Good Chinese and English (Both communicating and writing) are essential
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, creativity, willing to learn and excellent teamwork
