**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:
- Responsible for checking customer information in respect of individual and corporate customers.
- Provide good operational support and service to the, Corporate banking Department, EMEA, Financial Institution Department, Trade Finance Department, Banking Department and sub-branches.
- Check new customer information such as passports and addresses etc. in the core system against the account opening form;
- Check existing customer information against the CIF amendment form (if any);
- Check that relevant customer information in the system complies with the account opening standards;
- Liaise with branches in relation to making amendments and monitoring progress;
- Assist the team and advise other departments in maintaining data quality, CIF reporting and testing;
- Perform daily and monthly Excel processing tasks to analyse potential data errors and liaise with branches on the findings;
- Undertake other responsibilities as delegated by supervisors.
**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:
- Good MS Excel skills
- Ideally with experience in Banking/Finance
- Relevant academic/professional qualifications
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
**Job status**: Perm
**Start date**: ASAP
**Working hours**: 9-5, Office based at first then 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
