**Your New Job Title: Mandarin speaking Assistant Relationship Manager & Client On-Boarding**

**Your New Salary: £30-35k depending on experience**

**Location: Central London**

**Job status: Permanent**

**Summary**:
This is a hybrid position to support Relation Manager and Client On-Boarding Officer with one of our clients in Banking sector.

**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:
FI RM related duties
- Develop and manage relationships with FIs, both in UK market and China market;
- Communication and preparing report in Chinese to HO and leading branch regarding a credit approval;
- To actively monitor the transactions of the accounts under management to identify any potential risk factors;
- To follow up any risk issues identified by the Department and prepare or assist in the preparation of an investigation report;
- To assist ad hoc activities assigned and back up other team members whenever necessary.

AML Responsibilities:

- Assist the on boarding officer with CDD activities when required;
- As back up for On boarding Officer;
- Communicating with HO especially when Chinese needed, and translation of Chinese documents where needed;
- Assist with client outreach where required communicating with clients to obtain information and documentation required to complete CDD reviews;
- Assist with the gathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the AML policy requirements;
**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Excellent English and Mandarin in spoken and written;
- Be able to translate from Chinese to English, and vice versa;
- Working experience / knowledge in either Credit Risk OR Client On-boarding;
- knowledge of AML would be an advantage;
- Willing to learn.
