**What You'll be Doing Each Day**:

- According to the schedule and quality requirements of the project, can participate in the preparation and implementation of the project bidding plan, and review the material supply plan submitted by the project.
- Organize specific bidding within the scope of their respective divisions based on the development progress and bidding and purchasing plan.
- Have market resources. Giving optimization suggestions for the project cost, and participate in the cost implementation control and feedback adjustment of the project; Monitor the abnormal purchase cost occurred in the project; Collect and analyse the purchasinginformation from project historical cost data.
- Summarize every bidding and purchase order in time, submit procurement report regularly. Participate in business communication or product promotion meetings with suppliers from time to time and try to make the group understand the optimal cost performanceof construction standards at the plan stage in order to control the total cost.
- Giving report of the purchasing policy, price and resource information of the country, market and industry actively, timely and effectively.

**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelor degree or above, relevant working experience in the UK, including housing and public engineering bidding experience, equipment and building materials purchasing experience, general contractor experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the British Contract Law and other relevant policies and regulations.
- Familiar with bidding procedures (bidding and inquiry).
- Proficient in computer skills, able to prepare various statements, conduct data analysis and plan management; Familiar with the purchasing procedure of materials and equipment and the market of main construction equipment and materials.
- Understand the basic content of the project plan and the relationship between schedule and cost plan.
- Proficient in office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and have strong writing ability.
- Good command of Mandarin and English (both are required as working language), and capable of writing Chinese reports.
