**Your new Job Title: Mandarin speaking Office Assistant**
**The Skills You Need: Excellent level of mandarin and English, good admin / receptionist experience in the UK, good MS Office.**

**What You Will be Doing**:
- Providing office administrative support in the areas of procurement, report preparation and staff communication
- Order and maintain all office supplies and manage office maintenance
- Liaison with office suppliers and the building on service and payment internally and externally
- Provide administrative support including logistic arrangement to back offices and other business departments when needed
- Assist new office service negotiation and internal approval
- Responsible for office security and fire-fighting equipments management/maintenance matters
- Coordinate all kinds of meetings and business trips support at local office
- Provide administrative support to senior management members
- Handle reception work, as and when required, in a professional manner with phone calls and visitors, maintain meeting rooms and arrange office courier
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
**The Skills You Need To Succeed**:
- Proficient communication and language ability in English and Mandarin
- Experience in admin/facilities management in the UK
- Proactive, initative, reliable, good attention to detail, responsible and team player
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
- Familiarity with the financial services industry would be a plus
