Location - South London with VERY flexible working options
12 Month FTC
£110/£125k circa + bonus + bens
Alexander Lloyd are proud to be exclusively partnering a progressive and forward thinking International Retail/FMCG Organisation with the key hire of a Transformation & Change Manager
The organisation are looking to execute the transformation and change agenda across Marketing and Digital and there is an immediate requirement to ensure they have an experienced Transformation and Change manage within the business to enable successful developmentof new To-Be process as well as developing, implementing and tracking the successful implementation of these new process over the next 12 months.
The Transformation & Change Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end change management lifecycle from assessing 'As Is' process flows, developing 'To Be' process, stakeholder mapping, assessing change impacts, planning business readiness, through toensuring change is fully embedded within the relevant functional areas for the strategic priorities set by the Board. Reporting to the Head of Transformation and PMO work across all levels of the organisation, partnering with key stakeholders, developing thechange network for the organisation, and enabling line managers and process owners responsible for the delivery of change within their teams
You will produce and oversee the production of key deliverables, including:
- Overall change and communications approach/plan
- Stakeholder Mapping
- Change Impact Assessment and clear Change Action Plan
- Progress, people readiness, adoption and embedding
- Provide 'people' readiness updates for Transformation Lead/SLT
- Along with business owners develop 'To-Be' Process across Global and local Brand, Digital, Consumer Communications and PR.
- Build and deliver implementation plans to transition from 'As Is' to 'To Be' ways of working
- Deliver the implementation plan for the new To-Be process that you would have developed alongside key business owners which will include the tracking of how these processes have been implemented and managed through the change and implementation journey.
The Transformation & Change manager will need to be highly knowledgeable and experienced in developing To-Be process and developing and delivering new process implementation plans successfully across various initiatives and have a passion for people andchange.
Skills and Experience
- One of the following sectors - FMCG/Fashion/Retail/Pharma/Healthcare.
- Experience of executing change within a SME
- Change/Transformation experience within Marketing/Brand & Digital would be highly advantageous
- The individual will be expected to facilitate the delivery of multiple projects/work streams at any one point in time.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven influencing skills, building professional and lasting relationships across all area
