Head of Mental Health Transformation

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the SW London Mental Health Transformation Team. The role will involve delivering a range of transformation and service development programmes.**
**We need someone with excellent programme and project management skills, with a knowledge of mental health services, who can work flexibly across SW London to support delivery of an ambitious transformation agenda.**
**You need to be organised in work and in time management, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing programme requirements. We need a reliable team player who has the ability to work in partnership with a variety of organisations and individuals. You need to work in a proactive manner, identying problems and proposing solutions. This will be a fast-paced and exciting programme of work for the right person.**
We support flexible working and operate an agile working model and provide equipment to enable staff to work from home but with the expectation that staff are hybrid working in our Wimbledon/other SWL offices for service and team-focused days. Staff who need to work in the office on a more regular basis are able to do so and staff who are borough based are also able to work from their borough offices.
In line with the majority of NHS organisations in London, we do not pay travelling expenses for interviewees. However in exceptional cases we would consider reimbursing expenses but this must be agreed prior attending the interview by the Recruiting Manager.
