Transformation Programme Manager

Location - South London with VERY flexible working options

12 Month FTC

£90/£100k circa + bonus + bens

Alexander Lloyd are proud to be exclusively partnering a progressive and forward thinking International Retail/FMCG Organisation with the key hire of a Transformation Programme Manager

There are currently a number of work streams that underpin the Transformation and Change programs and as they are looking to execute transformational projects there is a need for this role to sit over the entire portfolio of projects to ensure they deliverto plan and are executed with excellence to ensure successful transformation and change delivery within the organisation.

This role will have full ownership and accountability for the tracking, reporting, risk identification and mitigation across all current & future work streams within the 3-year transformation roadmap. Reporting to the Head of Transformation the role willwork across all levels of the organisation, partnering with key business owners of the transformation work streams to ensure successful delivery of the 3-year transformation roadmap. The role will need to ensure that there is early identification of risksacross the work streams understanding the implications of these risks to the overall delivery of transformation and work with business owners to resolve.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with key business owners to maintain an active performance dashboard for transformation work streams and escalate un-mitigated issues to the Head of Transformation
- Work with the Transformation and Change Managers to ensure that new process is being implemented in line with signed off plans.
- Work closely with the internal communications team to drive all Transformation communications and updates on progress within the overall communication strategic framework
- Ensure that all projects and work streams are resourced, planned and scheduled correctly so as to not overload the organisation but also ensure excellent execution

Skills and Experience
- One of the following sectors - FMCG/Fashion/Retail/Pharma/Healthcare.
- Experience of executing transformation within a SME
- Experience of running multiple work streams
- Project and/or Programme Management accreditation or experience in delivering successful portfolio management.
- The individual will be expected to facilitate the delivery of multiple projects/work streams at any one point in time.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven influencing skills, building professional and lasting relationships across all area
