An expanding Fin-Tech is searching for a Decision Scientist to join their young and vibrant team.

**THE COMPANY**:
The successful Decision Scientist will be working for a fantastic lender in the consumer space where you will be helping to build out their new products, aiming to provide consumer credit.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Decision Scientist, you will be involved in the following:

- Mentor the younger members of the team
- Take non-retrained scorecards and redevelop them
- Undertake modelling and data analysis in a credit risk environment
- Help rebuild the data science scorecard pipeline

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
The successful Decision Scientist will have the following skills and experience:

- Skilled using SQL and Python
- Strong numerical background
- Experience mentoring people
- 2-3 years of credit risk/data analytics experience
- Exposure to different types of models
