**DECISION SCIENTIST**

**LONDON**

**£40,000- £55,000 + Bonus**

**THE COMPANY**:
Working with a major financial institution to understand the customer base, markets, products, and channels they have to drive insight through wider agenda.

**THE ROLE**:
As a Decision Scientist, you will be focussing on the customer data and looking at behaviour with the product and financial performances. This will be used in order to tailor products and increase performance.
- Looking at how the business can better engage with customers over a long-term basis.
- Making use of a variety of data sources.
- Interacting with senior stakeholders across the business to inform key decision-making.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
**The successful Decision Scientist will have the following skills and experience**:

- Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, or Python (the more the better).
- Analysing customer data sets.
- An interest in financial services.
- Be able to tell a story and interpret data in an innovative manner.
