**Senior Decision Science Analyst
Up to £65,000 + benefits + bonus**

I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Decision Science role at a fintech lender. This is a chance to work with a high performing team in a role with daily exposure to senior management and director level. The team are exploring new and innovative ways touse data to improve the speed and precision of credit decisions and as such this is a great role for anyone with Credit Risk experience and advanced mathematical skills.
**THE ROLE**
As part of Credit Scoring team, you will be a key player in the development of PD Models, Scorecard and Pricing or Profitability models using Python. You will be actively encouraged to find new and inventive ways of answering questions using data and optimisingthe portfolio. You'll also have management responsibilities, with a Decision Science Analyst reporting in.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Credit Risk Scorecard development experience required
- Strong modeling or analytical skills utilising Python or R
- Previous experience in analysing consumer behavior in a Credit Risk environment
- Proven stakeholder management examples
- Educated to a degree level in a numerate discipline
