About the role Our Decision Science teams are focused on delivering immediate positive impact to our clients using the latest machine learning and data analytics techniques. We partner with a number of international clients in order to develop and implement our products. We are now looking for a talented Decision Scientist. You’ll be responsible for building Machine Learning models to support our products, which includes: Designing algorithms using relevant statistical and machine learning techniques Defining the quantitative elements of projects for internal R&D and external clients, predominantly success criteria Contributing to the design, implementation, and testing of our products Communicating with stakeholders at varying levels in both technical and non‑technical language Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, with an eye for detail and pride in your work Writing high‑quality, well‑documented code Demonstrating proven experience working on analytics projects within a STEM background Approaching deadlines pragmatically and focusing on deliverables Programming experience in Python, R, or similar Knowledge and experience with Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistical techniques Presenting results and proposals to cross‑functional teams Familiarity with cloud computing tools, ideally Azure Nice to have Experience in a retail background Keen on continuous technical development, data analytics trends, and tools Extras Flexible Working – Enjoy a hybrid work model (typically 2 days in the office) with flexibility based on business needs, plus a work‑from‑anywhere policy.
