We have a fantastic opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team within Vistry Partnerships London, at our Stratford office.

As our Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for all administrative and organisational support for the aftersales team while taking a key role in supporting and managing all resident related communications.

- Strong monitoring and reporting skills.
- A high standard of IT literacy, including full proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Onedrive.
- Experience of Customer Service, Client and Public facing roles within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of new homes/home sales process and structure including home demonstrations and handovers.
- Understanding of warranties, aftercare and defects.

- Providing all administrative and organisational support to the Aftersales Team in line with company standards and protocols.
- Safe and efficient management in conjunction with the team of the office and welfare facility on construction sites.
- Proactively engage with customers and communicate upcoming activities and ensure any works are carried out with minimum disruption to residents and that any incidents, communications and engagements are managed promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and attend regular residents’ meetings, workshops and events for customers.
- Work with the team to produce newsletters for customers.
- Maintain regular communication with residents, in particular those in ongoing phases of the development in respect of the timing of the works, both verbally and in writing as required.
- Maintain records and monitoring reports in respect to resident’s complaints and / or incidents and feedback.
- Learn the USP for the area and development, share with the team and utilise with residents. Record and maintain detail.
