Resident Liaison Officer
Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer in South London. This is a permanent position with interviews looking to be held ASAP.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver a reliable customer focused service, for the organisation's housing properties that require major works or planned programs of work.
Responsibilities of a Resident Liaison Officer:
- Provide information, advice, and assistance to tenants whilst major works are being completed.
- Assisting in developing and managing the resident consultation plan for each major works project.
- Arrange and attend meetings for residents which may require working outside normal working hours.
- Proven tenant liaison experience in a customer focused environment.
- Must have a good understanding of all relevant legislation, landlord and resident obligations.
Location: South London
**Salary**: 32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Working schedule: Hybrid
