Glassboxx is a digital eCommerce solution provider, who delivers elegant eCommerce solutions and engaging apps for the publishing industry.

We’re growing rapidly and to help with this growth and ever improve the services we offer our existing and new customers, we are looking for a great Onboarding Specialist to become a key member of Glassboxx’s Product Management team.

This is a superb opportunity to work in a busy, fast-moving environment on some really, exciting eCommerce website and app projects with a talented and supportive team.

As our Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the process of adopting and implementing our Glassboxx software platform. This will involve providing comprehensive training, technical support, and ongoing assistance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Your responsibilities will be to:
Develop strong relationships with new clients.
Conduct initial onboarding calls and meetings to understand client needs and goals.
Provide personalized training and support tailored to each client's specific requirements.
Develop and deliver effective onboarding training materials, including documentation, videos, and interactive tutorials.
Conduct live training sessions and webinars to educate clients on the platform's features and functionalities.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to client problems.
Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any platform bugs or limitations.
Provide guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
Offer ongoing support to clients after the initial onboarding period.
Monitor client adoption and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Proactively reach out to clients to offer additional support and resources.

You will have:
Strong technical apititude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer support or training roles.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, help desk software).

Experience with Glassboxx is welcomed but not essential as training will be provided.
Knowledge and understanding of data feeds essential.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
