**What will you be doing?**

Vodafone UK Corporate functions work within the heart of our business, providing professional expertise, support and guidance across all operations, revolutionising our digital growth by always moving, always adapting, to be ready for the future.

The HR Project Specialist will be working in a cross functional, multi geographical environment with a variety of teams. The role holder will lead and oversee multiple projects, supporting the project manager on overall delivery of project milestones, deliverables and dependencies using project management methodology. The role holder develop and maintain stakeholder engagement with key stakeholders across the organisation. Key accountabilities include:

- Lead the gathering of insights and assessments to inform project scope
- Define and set up of project objectives/deliverables, co-ordinating business recommendations and project proposals
- Shaping and mobilising overall project plans and governance mechanisms
- Oversight and managements of project governance, milestone, and critical paths
- Creating detailed project plans encompassing all deliverables
- Creating and presentation of project proposals and status updates to key stakeholders

**Who are we looking for?**
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage system and process transformations, ideally with experience in improvement projects
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement
- Draw on best practice knowledge and understanding to influence future thinking
- Organised, Driven, and pro-active
- Bring a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of the HR function and insight into strategic HR priorities is desirable but not essential
