We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead and take ownership of developing and implementing PA Housing’s internal and external communal property inspection strategy, helping us achieve our broader strategic goals. You’ll be an essential part of managing and delivering PA Housing’s repairs and property services across London and the South East, ensuring we meet all legislative and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Management Team and report to the Director of Property Services. Together, you’ll help shape and achieve the strategic goals that will lead to positive outcomes for both PA Housing and the communities we serve.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Take the lead in developing, reviewing, and updating PA Housing’s strategies, policies, and procedures, working closely with stakeholders to ensure everything stays aligned with our vision and goals.
- Drive the procurement, mobilisation, and successful delivery of all service and specialist third-party contracts, ensuring excellence through strong contract management, supervision, quality assurance, and financial oversight.
- Take full responsibility for the development and management of property services across London and the South East, ensuring alignment with the Business Plan and achieving key strategic objectives for the organization.
- Lead the charge in delivering top-tier repairs and maintenance services, ensuring we meet all KPI targets and operational goals while providing an exceptional service to our customers.
- Spearhead the creation and management of budgets, keeping operational costs in check while ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of repairs and maintenance, including major works, decants, and voids, ensuring smooth, efficient processes from start to finish.
- Represent PA Housing with confidence and professionalism when engaging with external customers, stakeholders, Local Authorities, Statutory Bodies, Auditors, and contractors.
- Ensure that all relevant KPIs are not only met but exceeded through a proactive approach to internal and external management, driving continuous improvement across the board.

- Holds relevant qualifications and/or training that showcase the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in this role.
- Has proven experience at a senior leadership level, ideally in a Head of Property Services or similar position.
- Is a true team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values working together to achieve shared goals.
- Puts customers at the heart of everything, ensuring their needs and satisfaction are always a top priority.
- Is driven by a passion for delivering service excellence and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Has strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and the intricacies of property services.
- Has technical expertise in all areas of property services, with a solid track record in managing and supervising contractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
