About Us:
Pastoro Trading Ltd is a dynamic and growing small business based in Leeds, managing two main brands: K-Beauty Glow, specialising in beauty products, and LightUpU, focused on running gear. As we expand into new markets, we are looking for a self-motivated E-commerce & Warehouse Assistant to join our small team. This hybrid role combines managing our online sales channels with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, including dispatching orders.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Responsibilities (2 Days a Week):

- Manage and optimise product listings for K-Beauty Glow and LightUpU on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and Google.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Expand our Amazon presence into European marketplaces, ensuring compliance and optimising listings for each region.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
- Manage and motivate our Virtual Assistants (VAs), ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Warehouse Responsibilities (1 Day a Week):

- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform stock checks and assist with inventory management.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to resolve any order or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with occasional restocking and unloading deliveries as needed.

Qualifications:

- Shopify or TikTok experience is highly desirable, but not essential. A strong interest in learning about these platforms is key.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and stay motivated.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable performing a variety of tasks, including warehouse duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing remote team members or VAs is a plus, but not required.
- Own car and laptop desirable, but not essential.
