**Educational Events Co-ordinator (part-time)**

**Hours**: Part Time (3 days per week - City of London/hybrid working)
**Salary**: £29,000 (FTE equivalent)
**About Us**:
The Investment Property Forum (IPF) is an independent members’ organisation operating in the commercial real estate investment industry. It undertakes to improve the understanding and efficiency of real estate as an investment for its members and other interested parties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our close-knit team, which supports a membership of almost 2000 leading professionals in the market.
As Educational Events Co-ordinator, you will assist in the administration of seminars, webinars and workshops (approx. 50 a year) online, in London and our regional cities. This will include venue sourcing and marketing to liaising with event participants, IPF members and venue contacts and, of course, attending all the London events.
This role is part-time, 3 days per week. Core days will be Tuesday-Thursday, however there may be some flexibility required when events fall on a Monday or Friday. You will be required to attend both early morning and evening events. Our office is based in the City of London and this will be your primary location. Some working from home will be possible, when events are not taking place.
**Key requirements**:
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- A proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, without forgoing attention to detail.
- A confident and outgoing approach.
- Flexibility and a willingness to lend a hand, where necessary, in other areas of the business.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) would be an advantage.
- Experience of webinar platforms, social media and website management.
