Events Co-ordinator

**Job Description**:

- Role purpose:

- To support the events manager and premium client management team in the planning, delivery and communication of premium event experiences and tickets to valuable clients. This will entail dealing with iconic venues, top restaurants and major sports and cultural events in the UK.
- What you'll do:

- Maintain accurate pre and post event data on our ticket management software and spreadsheets, incl. the events calendar and provide statistical reports
- Communicate event information to key stakeholders and attendees, ensuring that invitation, confirmation, and ticketing correspondence is processed accurately, professionally and in a timely fashion so that all participants are provided with relevant details to ensure success
- Co-ordinate and process ticket bookings using external systems, corporate accounts and ticketing apps, liaising with suppliers as required
- Book top restaurants around the UK for private dining ensuring all paperwork is returned and menu/dietary requests are confirmed
- Build relationships and liaise with our account managers at renowned venues and organisations
- Work closely with our marketing team to ensure the delivery of ticketing and hospitality secured through corporate sponsorships (currently England Cricket and NFL London Games)
- Support colleagues in the administration and on-site delivery of educational events held in the office and at external venues, as well as via webinar technology
- Process payments and related invoices
- Attend larger events where required, being prepared to do so off-site during evenings or weekends on occasion

- You Are:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Keen to pursue a career in corporate events and ideally have some working experience within events or an administrative role
- Able to work at pace and manage multiple tasks and requirements
- Friendly and sociable
- Highly organised
- Essential to the role are:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Very good time management and the ability to prioritise essential tasks
- An exceptional attention to detail and the production of accurate work to tight deadlines
- An existing interest in, and knowledge of, the UKs major sports and musical events and associated venues
- A desire to deliver a high level of service to clients and colleagues
- A hands-on attitude to getting things done
