Customer Service & Delivery Co-ordinator is required for this leading worsted and woollen, cotton and linen cloth finishers based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Who specialise in dyeing and finishing fine quality British fabrics for the clothing and furnishing industries.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Using the company computer system to track where the products are within the process
- Provide customers with detailed information about the process of their orders and due dates
- Assisting in coordinating with end customer regarding logistics of delivery and paperwork requirements
- Be able to build relationships with customers
- Maintaining internal systems and accuracy of inventory ensuring they are up to date
- Proactively communicating with customers with regards to production of their products
- Update computerised stock system with correct information - including stock location, product codes/descriptions, lengths of pieces, product costs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in the use of MS Office packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable in communicating with customers both verbally and in writing
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service to varied customer base
