Are you looking for your next career move? We are recruiting for an experienced **Customer Service Administrato**r to join the savings customer service team.
This is a fantastic opportunity, working hours are full time 35hrs per week (flexible hours) based in Silsden Keighley.
**About the role...**
**Main areas of responsibility**:
- Answering account queries or service requests, either by telephone, online, or by post, providing the highest level of customer service to our members.
- Maintain and develop strong customer service relationships
- Administration of all new and existing customers
- Ensuring all activities follow agreed society policies and procedures.
- Develop an understanding of all appropriate Regulations and Legislation which directly impact administration activities, e.g. Money Laundering Regulations.
- Undertake appropriate training to develop personal knowledge and skills on the main activities.
- Ensure all activities are performed within the agreed customer service standards.
**About you**
You will have experience working in a customer service team, preferably in a financial services organisation, but not essential.
We are looking for an organised and motivated individual with a passion and drive for delivering excellent customer service via our telephone and online service centre.
You will be dealing with substantial amounts of data daily so you will have strong attention to detail, be great with figures and used to working with excel spreadsheets.

**Qualifications desired** **GCSE English and Maths**
- NVQL2 or above in Business Administration or Customer Service or similar
Knowledge and skills **Experience of working in an office environment**
- **Excellent communication skills**:
- Good written and spoken English
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Experience of working in financial services would be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Commitment to equality and fair treatment
