Customer Service Co-ordinator - Desk Based

We have an exciting job opportunity for Customer Service Coordinator, to be part of a team, as the main contact point for our customers relating to their service needs or questions relating to a job in progress.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a timely response to order confirmation, quotes, product availability, engineer follow up visits, invoicing etc.- Work closely with stakeholders to keep them updated with orders and any issues and account problems.- Coordinate and manage client communication, updates, escalations and ensuring that all associated projects and deliverables are managed seamlessly in accordance to KONE processes and standards instruction.- Manage any incoming customer queries in a polite and timely manner.- Support the supervisors in following up open callouts, back reporting open jobs or specific reports on open jobs that are available on Supervisor reports.- To identify safety situations and manage these by giving the adequate safety instructions as described in our global safety procedures.- Complaints management and seeing through to conclusion.- Provide administrative support to cover activities related to Maintenance Operations, Sales Support, Public Tender Preparation, Third Party Inspection and Reporting.

Skills and experience required:
- Experience in working within a busy contact centre environment- Professional and confident telephone manner as position is heavy on phone calls- To provide exceptional customer service- Excellent communication and listening skills- Enjoys working with customers and stakeholders and building relationships- Complaint handling and resolving any queries- Previous work experience in customer service- To be well-organised and pays attention to detail- Problem solving and finding solutions- Proactive customer focussed- Strong coordinating skills- Good written and spoken English- Good Word, Excel and Outlook- Experience in SAP, CRM and Salesforce is desirable

This position is Mon-Fri and working on a Bank Holidays rota.
