Joda Freight is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to lead our Customer Service Team.

Someone who works well within a fast paced, ever changing environment; delivering excellent front of house service, within Administration and Customer Service facility to meet company objectives.

**Key Role and Responsibilities include: -**
- Managing the workload of each team member
- Allocating customers to service agents, most customers are already allocated but workload might mean redistributing to support during busy periods. Allocating new customers
- Distributing add-hoc work to the customer service team
- Monitoring workflow to ensure jobs are being closed off
- Managing invoicing process
- Review jobs before invoicing
- Ensuring all team has invoiced all jobs by month end
- Leasing with traffic to ensure customers needs are maintained
- Monitoring your teams output to ensure they are getting the right info to traffic to meet the customers needs
- Directly influencing the planning managers decision making to meet customers needs
- Leasing with both warehouse managers to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Monitoring your teams output to ensure they are getting the right info to the warehouses to meet the customers’ needs
- Checking warehouse output to ensure picks have been made
- Customer account management
- Monitoring your teams’ interactions with their customers to ensure needs are met
- Account manging some customers directly, this means from point of booking through to point of delivery where needed
- Lead the development of the team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost and deliver ever increasing levels of service
- Support management in project work

**Skills and Experience: -**
- Ideally hold previous experience of working within a busy, high pressured office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and comfortable in creating spreadsheets and analysing data, with the ability to quickly learn databases and systems
- Excellent telephone manner, dealing with all sorts of call handling within a customer focused role
- Proved problem solving ability
- Good interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
