**Marketing Coordinator**
**Full Time, Permanent, Sutton in Ashfield**
**Salary £22,000 - £25,000**

**THE ROLE**

The **Marketing Coordinator's** primary responsibilities will include co-ordinating cross-functional team work, ensuring deadlines are met for each active marketing initiative, creating new content and effectively utilising existing content, delivering marketing campaigns and helping to organise the company’s attendance at exhibitions.

The **Marketing Coordinator** will work proactively to build strong and effective relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and other key stakeholders, has a passion for driving results and has the potential to grow professionally as the company continues to grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Marketing Manager in all the company’s marketing initiatives, with a focus on co-ordinating interaction with the four sales teams to assist them in achieving budgeted sales revenue.
- Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the company’s marketing and branding strategies.
- Take part in marketing campaigns and developing and updating marketing materials.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to increase brand awareness. In particular, building the company’s online presence on social media platforms.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing for and organising the company’s attendance at various trade shows and exhibitions.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure an effective and continuous flow of content, ensuring content is delivered to existing and potential customers by the agreed deadlines.
- Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
- Keep the content of websites up to date and visually enticing.
- Monitor competitor and supplier communications.
- Assist sales staff with managing their individual social media profiles.

**THE CANDIDATE**

The successful **Marketing Coordinator** will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous relevant experience or a Marketing/English degree or working towards a CIM qualification at the relevant level.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or administrator role.
- Strong IT skills - use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Word Press, Adobe Creative Cloud, Social Media management software.
- The ability to build and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
