**Job Overview**

We are seeking a hard-working and self-motivated assistant who is looking to become part of a successful manufacturing company. As a key member of the team the successful applicant will be required to be flexible, with multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines.

You will have good attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.

Lifting is required as part of this role.

**Stock management**
- Working closely with the Brand Assistant and Brand Coordinator to manage and respond to stock levels of marketing fulfilment materials, to ensure availability.
- Send out all brochure and sample requests from our brand sites to the consumer in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Manage the replenishment of all fabric samples and labels to ensure we can deliver on consumer requests.
- Franking and registering mail online.

**Marketing Activity**
- Support the Brands team across both brands with preparations for shows, photoshoots and other live or virtual events.
- Support the Brands team across both brands to despatch any promotional material to retailers in line with promotional campaign.
- Support the Brands team across both brands to despatch any point of sale materials to retailers for replacement or on a new account.
- Liaise with the Brand Coordinator to update swatch books before despatching.
- Assist the respective Brands team with general admin items and marketing tasks when required.

**Essential skills**:

- IT Literate with MS Office skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Good communication.
- High level of attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
